“Foxy Brown’s Lawyers Dumps Her As A Client”

Right before the raunchy rapper was due in court this morning, her lawyers dropped her as a client.

Bruce Barron Associates withdrew Foxy as a client and withdrew their services without giving a reason.

This coming, a week after Brown was arrested for allegedly escalating a profanity laced feud with her neighbor, Arlene Raymond outside of her Brooklyn home.

Apparently the rapper performed a sidewalk showdown, calling Raymond a “dirty bitch” all before bending over to expose her “buttocks” suggesting to Raymond to, “Kiss my ass!”

Raymond filed a criminal complaint, charging Brown in violation of the restraining order she has against her.

Raymond told the cops that, Foxy spewed all kinds of vulgarity against her yelling “You dirty bitch! Bitch!” “What are you looking at?” “What the f–k you looking at, bitch?” The nasty rapper then mooned her.

Brown was released from custody last week after posting $5,000 cash bail and $5,000 bond.

WOW!! And now she’ll need a lawyer.

“Suicide Rate Increased Since Recession”

There has been many economic and emotional ramifications due to this recession. Stock prices may be dropping but the suicide rate is sadly on the rise.

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline increased by 36 percent since 2008, and another 15% by 2009.

Data compiled by the Wall Street Journal show increases in several states. Across 19 states, the average increase was 2.3 percent.

If you believe someone is suffering from depression and in danger of committing or attempting suicide, you can take the following steps (recommended by the Mayo Clinic)

To start, talk to the person and ask them questions. You can get a gauge of how this person is feeling, and sometimes an ear to listen is the best first step to recovery.

  • Don’t leave the person alone.
  • Call 911 or your local emergency services provider right away. Or, if you think you can do so safely, take the person to the nearest hospital emergency room yourself.
  • Try to find out if he or she is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or may have taken an overdose.
  • Tell a family member or friend right away what’s going on.
  • If you’re passionate about this cause, you can volunteer with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and be trained to answer crisis calls.

Anyone feeling suicidal should call their line immediately: 1-800-273-8255

There are several organizations dedicated to suicide prevention including SAVE and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

“You Can’t Keep A Good Bitch Down”

“We makes bail” is what the “Ill Na-Na” rapper, Foxy Brown, told her crowd of fans that came to greet her, as she performed live at B.B. Kings Club and Grill on Saturday night.

Brown, whose real name is Inga Merchand, was arrested on Wednesday for bad-mouthing her nemesis neighbor, Arlene Raymond, who had an order of protection against her. She pleaded guilty to one count of criminal contempt – a felony – for violating the order of protection, which bars her from having contact with Raymond. Brown was released Thursday on $5,000 bail.

Brown was rehearsing at her home in Prospect Heights on Wednesday before her ugly encounter with Raymond, where this raunchy heifer lifted her skirt at Raymond during the incident.

If convicted, Brown faces up to seven years behind bars.

She’s due back in court on Tuesday.

“Lunch Was @ Bubba Gump’s In The City”

    On Saturday.

This place reeked of everything from the movie Forrest Gump, even a sign rail in the front of the restaurant that said: “Run Forest Run”.

With over 50 locations, Bubba Gump’s has southern flavor. Located on Broadway (near Times Square) in New York, they seem to be more than just about shrimp. Their menu provides a variety of choices and those choices range from BBQ burgers, pork sliders, BBQ ribs, all kinds of fish and several shrimp dishes prepared any way you’d like it.

My dinner companion ordered the steam crab legs, hush puppies, the red snapper with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. I had sautéed shrimp with vegetables over rice, then broke out in hives like crazy, 15 minutes later.

But their onion rings were off the hook!

Bubba Gump‘s is the place for southern flare and is in the heart of Times Square. So after that broadway show or shopping extravaganza, check out Bubba Gump’s. Life there really is like a box of chocolates, you’ll never know what you’re gonna get. 🙂

I know that was corny but you get my drift!

Food photos not actual from the restaurant…

“Prominent CEO From Atlanta Killed By Cop”

DeFarra Gaymon, pictured above, lived in Montclair, NJ and was home for his 30 year class reunion.

Gaymon was the CEO of a credit union and returned to NJ as one of the organizer’s of his 30 year class reunion, which took place Friday July 16.

Essex County prosecutors said, Gaymon was unarmed when he was shot in the chest by an undercover detective.

Supposedly, the undercover officer (whose name is not being released), was dispatched to the scene after complaints about sexual activity in Branch Brook Park. An area in the park known for homosexual activity.

According to the detective, who has not yet made an official statement to investigators, Gaymon was involved in an illicit act in public and ran when told, he was under arrest.

Gaymon who was married with 2 daughters and 2 sons and reside in Atlanta, was unarmed.

The undercover detective who shot unarmed Gaymon, was treated at University hospital and medicated due to trauma. Sounds fishy to me.

The investigation into last Friday’s shooting is ongoing, as Gaymon’s family seek answers for such a tragic turn of events.

Thanks to loyal CEO-Blog reader Theresa B. 🙂 for the story tip.
